Stratasys J4100

Print smarter and faster, at any size.

Build Large Scale Parts with the World’s Largest Multi-Material 3D Printer

Production level shouldn’t be limited by your tools. The J4100 offers over 2,000 square feet of build space, letting you create meter-long parts in one build. For smaller parts, the roomy build tray lets you print multiple models at once, saving on cost-per-part.

All that size means lots of flexibility, and the versatility to choose just the right material for your application. Learn about the full range of PolyJet materials in this comprehensive whitepaper.

Print Smarter and Faster…At Any Size

No matter the size or complexity of your design, 3D print it faster and with more precision on the J4100. With its multi-material capabilities, substantial throughput and ultra-large build tray, anyone can 3D print any design, no matter how complex or detailed.

Print large parts in a single print job, eliminating the need to split your largest files in CAD and bond the parts later.

Low cost of ownership of the J4100. The massive build envelope and efficient workflow optimises your productivity so you can print large or small parts with a low cost per part.

Printed parts are ready to use with little or no post-processing, as supports are removed with a WaterJet and the smooth, multi-material parts require no polishing or painting.

Digital material options enable you to combine up to 14 different materials in one part, including VeroClear, Rigur, and the Tango and Vero families.

Wide variety of Materials

The J4100 offers impressive multi-material 3D printing capabilities with the power of digital materials. Build parts with diverse material properties in one job, and even combine as many as 14 materials in one part. Print in one of three printing modes that optimize performance, or swap material cartridges during print jobs to reduce your printing time even more. With its PolyJet technology, the J4100 produces models that are smooth, beautiful and ready to handle without additional curing.
