The Form 4BL Dental is a state-of-the-art 3D printer designed to meet the high-volume production needs of modern dental practices. With a build volume 4.6 times larger than the Form 4B, it can accommodate up to 32 flat or 75 vertical dental models in a single print, significantly reducing the number of interactions required. Its blazing speed allows for the production of 32 clear aligner models in just 14 minutes, making it one of the fastest options available. The printer ensures repeatable accuracy, with 95% of the surface within 50 μm of the CAD model, and delivers smooth surfaces and sharp details thanks to its 46 μm pixel size and pre-tuned anti-aliasing. Additionally, the Form 4BL Dental is versatile, supporting a wide range of dental applications and materials, including surgical guides, occlusal splints, and restorative models.

SLA Post Processing
Achieve consistent, high-quality results with a streamlined post-processing workflow designed for efficiency, ease of use, and reliability.
The Form Wash L automates the cleaning of SLA 3D printed parts by immersing them in solvent and, upon completion, lifting them out to air dry, preventing over-soaking and warping. It features an embedded solvent monitor that alerts users when it’s time to replace the solvent, ensuring consistent cleaning performance and leaving the parts ready-to-cure.
Next, Form Cure L applies controlled UV light and heat, ensuring parts reach optimal strength, durability, and accuracy. This step enhances material properties, making prints production-ready with a flawless finish.
For high-volume printing, Form Auto enables automated part removal and continuous printing, significantly boosting efficiency while reducing manual abour. Ideal for businesses looking to scale up production with minimal intervention.
Unlock the full potential of SLA printing by bundling the Form 4BL Dental with Form Wash L, Form Cure L, and Form Auto. This fully integrated post-processing solution ensures your prints are cleaned, cured, and production-ready—with minimal effort.
