Flexible 80A Resin V2 is a resilient 3D printing elastomer that rivals the look, feel, and function of 80A cast urethanes, TPUs, and hard rubbers.

Parts printed in Flexible 80A Resin V2 snap back into place and can withstand repeated bending, tension, and compression. It is ideal for producing tear-resistant functional prototypes, end-use flexible parts, soft inserts, fixtures, padding, and grips.

This updated V2 formulation is designed for Form 4 Series printers and delivers major performance improvements compared to the previous version, including higher tear strength, higher elongation at break, greater rebound, improved aesthetics, and better ageing performance.

Flexible 80A Resin V2 produces parts with tack-free surfaces and a matte black finish, making it suitable for both functional testing and refined end-use applications.
